This shield - gel filter holder adds protection from rare bulb failures and allows for color correcting the ALZO 2000. In the example on the right we use an orange filter to bring the color temperature of the ALZO 2000 to 3200K for mixing with tungsten light.

The Shield - Filter Holder has spring metal fasteners that snap into the ventilation holes on the rim of the 16" ALZO dome reflector and hold the gel 1" in front of the reflector rim, thereby promoting cooling air circulation.

NOTE: Gel Filters are not included with the Shield -Filter Holder
